If you take seven oceans out of the the oceans of the world to quench the Fire of Jahannam, the oceans will dry up even before you pour it and the Fire won't be quenched.
But if you cry out of fear of ALLAAH (SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA) after a sin, a drop of your tears will quench the fire which seven oceans couldn't quench.
